Does anyone have a fan shroud lying around that they don’t need?

For what sort of W124?

It’s for an OM603 that’s going into a W123 with W124 rad.

Ok, so you need one from a 260E, 300E or 300D. The later ones were a two piece design where you could remove them without removing the fan blades first.

Yes and a 300TE
