Indicated but by the images it looks pretty well could be so.

Is this listing current? text is insisting on social distancing for health reasons - ancient history now. (unless vendors age extremely aged?)

Seems a low price currently - shade over $10K.

I'd put a bid in but if I bought it home, I'd be shot at dawn.

That looks like it is using the 85 Californian version of the turbo air cleaner - relocated to accommodate some anti pollution gear (trap box oxidiser ?). I have considered getting one as the standard OM617A likes to foul the air cleaner against the front outlet on the master cylinder ....

Auction now closed but I cannot access winning bid.
Looks like winner was C512293? Anyone?

That aircleaner set-up looks similar to one that I owned previously.
With an oil bath aircleaner.
Turbo conversion (OM617.952) done by Herscheid Restorations in Salt Ash NSW - a 'frankenstein'.

@tsharkey, interesting about the fouling of the standard aircleaner on the master cylinder. I'd never heard that before.

Interesting. One of my favourite W123 mods is to fit the bigger W126 booster which bolts straight in and just moved the master forward by around 5cm. It give way better brake pedal feel under heard braking. Might not be possible with the OM617A in RHD form.

Thats right John, I tried fitting the larger vacuum booster, and the brake pipes on the LHS of the master cylinder foul on the air cleaner. Still fitted the vented discs and wider calipers tho.
