flasher unit.
As the subject states my flasher unit died and a replacement flasher unit works too fast. Anyone, John Green, know of a replacement?

Re: flasher unit.
If the replacement flasher unit works too fast, it might be because of the incorrect wattage of your bulbs. Have a check.

Hi Pete,
Is the replacement flasher for your 1975 W116 the original BOSCH relay as described in my post in viewtopic.php?t=27181?
Bart is right about the relay expecting the indicator bulb wattage (both the front and back) to be within a particular range for the flash rate to be right. One blown bulb will speed up the click rate.
