Bluetooth Audio Streaming for W211

Hi Guys,

I am new to the forum and am looking to purchase a 2008 E280 which does have the bluetooth adapter in the armrest for paring with phones and making/receiving phone calls etc.

The issue is I do not believe it can stream audio/music from the phone through the car audio system to play podcasts or Spotify.
Is anyone aware of an adapter that can be purchased to allow music streaming?

I am aware of Bluetooth FM transmitters on ebay that plug into 12v port but not sure how good/reliable they are, and was wondering if there is something better or more suitable to this particular vehicle.

Any help would be much appreciated.
