Has anyone coated the inside of their sills?

If you did, what did you use and how did you do it?

Mick , best way , as I did many years ago - drill access holes in concealed/closed in sections ( ie sills ) then have bare shell dipped to remove all paint/rust and after final painting spray cavity wax in through the access holes. If not prepared to dip , you may get away with cavity wax but you could be spraying it on to rust that may continue rusting under the wax. Not many places do a good dipping job now. If in South Australia , look up MINUS PAINT on web.
