under dash covers

Post by eddie » Fri 24 Nov, 2017 6:19 pm

Hi Ozbenzers

I'm in touch with a chap in Germany who makes the boot side and underdash panels. The under dash panels are made for LHD and he will happily make them if he can simply mirror the pattern across from LHD to RHD. Would anyone be able to answer the question of whether the LHD is a straight mirror image to RHD??

Still got my original but it's in two parts and as soon as I find the driver's side bit I'll send you a photo. However, reach out to David on here pastelgrey300D - he mentioned he had actual templates once.

(...) I need to re-do the trim boards under the dash (which will be easy as I've done that on the 230S and still have the templates) so I will conceal some modern speakers under there eventutally. (...)
Oh and let me know, I'd be keen to replace my old worn ones with new ones too.

Finally found the missing part. Looks like one tiny bit may be missing. Happy to take better photos or measurements if useful.

This is from a 220sb.
