M180 engine (220S) - lower chain guides

Post by dynamike » Mon 06 Nov, 2017 3:13 pm

Just replacing the timing chain and thought I look at the chain guides while I'm at it. On my M127 engine removing the distributor gave good access to the lower guide.

But on the M180 I can't figure a way to check/replace the lower chain guides without pulling the whole engine?
