I have installed an electronic chip that is supposed to eliminate smoke caused by the EGR valve. I have cleaned the EGR valve as well but am still getting some smoke. I have read that I need to shut off/ by pass the EGR valve, but cannot see how you do that. Any one able to assist? I have some experience with re-building motors but am a novice with Diesels.
