Reset Fault codes?

Reset Fault codes?

I've replaced the rear SAM module on my W220 S320 after water from the front cowl flooded it, not an uncommon occurrence. The rear lighting now works correctly, but errors from the braking and suspension are displayed (as they were while the rear SAM failed) but all these functions seem to be working normally. My reasoning is that the faulty rear SAM module sent the front left SAM haywire through the Canbus system, but I could be wrong. My question is; do I need to have a Mercedes workshop reset the fault codes through a Star diagnostic system?
