I know the additional bonnet star looks stupid... I also know that R129's were never sold in Obsidian Black, so at a guess it has had a colour change?

100% agree. I can't understand why anyone with a model such as an SL with a large star in the grille would want another sticking out of the bonnet. when I see your SLC and the big star completely covered by all the extra lights, I think this should be more or less mandatory for your car ...

Hmm, I thought the black metallic in the 90's was called something else, you never know, this could be my one mistake for the week...
