Removing lower dash panel to replace a rear window heater switch W126 1982 280SE

Could anyone assist with tips on how to remove lower face dash panel located in the middle just above radio and gear lever to replace rear window heater switch. Thank you

Thank you very much Beamer - the youtube film was most informative and easy to folllow - we now can go ahead and replace our switch as we have a starting point without causing any damage to our lovely Merc. Regards Glenrod
