It's a 280SE the device connects to the throttle linkages and gets vacuum from both sides of the butterfly.

It's not the WUR (Warm Up Relay/Regulator), the WUR is located on the underside of the intake manifold next to the oil filter housing on a 280SE W126 & has two fuel lines running to/from it. :think:
W126's: truly the last real Benz (IMHO) :notworthy:
