The boss has taken a liking to a 2003 CLK320 with 180k
What are the problems likely to be encounted in a car of this age and milage
The car has FSH and appears in good condition from photos
My problem is the car is in Sydeny And i'm i Brisbane so any Question i should ask would be greatly appreciated

Get a P.P.I. done - Pre Purchase inspection.

Service record
Make sure the transmission has had it's fluid changed and that there are no leaks.
Make sure their is no sludge in the oil. - or white/coffee coloured milkyness.
Make sure all the electrics work.
Seat belt presenters work properly and the windows operate properly.

You'll probably encounter some electronic issues at some stage. Warning messages coming on intermittently. All things that can be avoided with proper maintenance and proper servicing :)
