Hello - introducing myself

Post by kerriek_99 » Sun 21 Feb, 2016 12:50 pm

Hello everyone.

On Sunday I picked up my 'new' car. Its a year 2000 ML270 W163 Silver AWD wagon.

I bought it because it will do the job I need it to (get me round town and tow my caravan once a month) and because it was in budget when my old car, a 1993 SWB Pajero, was written off after an encounter with a truck.

Our relationship got off to a rocky start when he overheated on the way home from being purchased. My local font of Mercedes knowledge diagnosed a leaking number 2 injector seal and a faulty radiator cap.

It had a few niggly things as you would expect from a car of its age that we have fixed. Although I shall have to save my pennies for the central locking one.
