Until I remove valve cover. And I will make visual check. I need 1st cylinder up when the crank is at 0 marker. Markers on the cam pulley against each other. And than? Please fix me, If I m wrong.

You should put Czech Republic in your profile. Sometimes we have spammers where the English is not clear, but i checked your other posts before approving and realised you were a genuine person.
Your message doesn't all make sense to me and i know it is difficult using language translator programs. 'Chain tightener is wrinkled' - I think this means that it is not tight? I am not familiar with your engine but often the engine needs to be running for it to have oil pressure to make it put tension on the chain. But if you wind the motor in the correct direction it should be tight enough for you to check marks.
Then i think your other comments are probably correct - remove valve cover, get motor to TDC (0 degrees for no. 1) and check marks on cams.
I am not familiar with your engine but there is lots of knowledge about diesel engines on here and they should be able to help.
I hope that makes sense!
