Headlight parking light bulb

Post by MMWA »

To change it, do you really have to flex back the white plastic clip holding in the socket?

Seems like a brilliant idea on plastic exposed to extreme temperatures for 27 years.

If this is really how its done I might have to work out how to fit fingers inside the hole for the headlight bulb or just take the lense off.

Disregard, I worked it out.

The clip is only very loosely holding it in, and you just push the parker socket to the opposite side and it comes out with minimal flexing of the plastic.
