Detailng my wife's W210 E430

Post by Giles » Mon 20 Jul, 2015 11:19 pm

I'm about to launch a Valet Detailing service for my local region, so I thought I'd refine my work with the new dual action buffers I'm now using.

One with a 6 inch pad and the other with a 3 inch pad for the tighter areas. Getting a feel for the variety of foam pads and what works best with a variety of products.

Here is how the car came up.

Giles,

as I mentioned b4, I wish you good luck with your new venture ... car looks great ... if I ever take the SL down under, I'll stop in WA and have it polished :laughing6:

Great result on the 210, going to take you a while to buff a whole house though! :laughing6:

Just going to buff the vendor David, they often need some motivation.

Still doing R/E on a casual basis, then I work with who I choose.

Nice name choice Kim but not a good look, Kudos Car Care is the trading name.

Dare I say we are on FB & Instagram. Not that I'm promoting a business many thousand of Km's away from the real world.

Perhaps Steve Hawkins maybe looking for intelligent life, here I am and I'm listening. Nanu Nanu.

Mind you, for the locals Giles a good detailer can be hard to find. Not that i have my own cars done but with work cars at times it made sense to have a professional clean them up rather than a 'less than motivated to do the job scientist', and certainly before they were returned to state fleet always a good idea to have them done because they penalise you for every last scratch, even outback equipped 4WDs. But had some really crap work done over the years and a lot of them just don't care - had a couple where i reckon it is kids where Mummy and Daddy have bought them a franchise to get them working - You can imagine how good their work was! So if you got a good one would try and get their direct mobile rather than through the franchise number.
