drive belt tensioner prices

Post by pina4greg »

Talk about being ripped off in Australia. just ordered a new drive belt tensioner, adjustment bar and shock. paid $210.00 AU with shipping from the US. price in Australia alone for the Drive belt tensioner was $320 AU. Could keep the car W140 300se running cheaply if i lived in the US.

Am about to have some front strut assemblies kits ordered for my W204 from the U.S. - original Mercedes parts.
Cost for both sides - $AU 600.00 delivered to Melbourne. Stealership - $AU 1,000 per side.
Just bought some original Mercedes W209 front wheel bearing hubs both sides from U.S. - $AU 320 both sides delivered. Stealership $AU500 per side.

Stealership tells me it’s due to Singapore pricing policy :bs:
