SLK230 M111 valve / rocker / engine cover re-paint ??

Hello

The paint on my SLK engine cover is blistering and it looks terrible.
I noticed that most of them here in Aus look like that.

Does anyone have any hints on what type / colour paint to use to repaint this?

I guess normal 2K is no good for the heat involved.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
