Injector Pump adjustments for PE series IP

I have used this procedure for my Ssangyong Musso 2.9 Turbo diesel. This is a Bosch IP similar to those on the MB100, possibly on W123, W124 and other
(post 1980) diesels, including turbodiesels, up to the introduction of Common Rail Injection in 2000 (approx)
I located it on a UK forum for Ssangyong / Daewoo vehicles.

Incorrect adjustment can cause overfueling which may result in an uncontrollable over revving of the engine, a lot of black smoke and engine damage if the engine cannot be stopped (cut fuel off, cut air to intake with solid board - definitely not any part of your body).
