Sunroof sunshade.

Post by newMercowner69 »

My sunshade the fabric/cloth sliding back sunshade is starting to bubble&peel! :(,
Will Loctite 406 fix/repair this?,
Or will i have to etc get it repaired(re-upholstered)?,
Can anyone recommend one (MB specialist) upholsterer in either eastern or north-east/northern suburbs?.

I did that area and then 2 years later had to do the rest of the headlining.
The heat has affected the foam / adhesive and it lets go, in some places faster than in others.
My recommendation is to have it all done at once and then to garage the car as much as practical. Park in the shade as much as possible.
