M111.944 power difference

Post by cl203-c200k » Mon 06 Nov, 2017 9:41 am

Ive got a cl203 with the M111.955 engine (120kw)
What did mercedes do to the M111.944 (141kw) engine that they then detuned for the 203 series?
Ive done a couple of searches but nothing seems to come up.

Theres not any info. Im assuming its something to do with changing emissions laws
Guess i'll have to grab the older ecu maps and compare them.
