I wonder if anyone has done this to a Benz. This 1948 Buick puts out 700hp!!

If you're asking what does this clip have to do with Mercedes? Well, the speakers they use come from a 300SL, so, technically, it is "General Mercedes-Benz Related"! :laughing6:

And the next video is a car made for an Australian customer - even has Victorian number plates.

Should have fixed the rust and given it a decent paint job in my own opinion.
After spending a gazillion $'s with a high end custom builder from the states it is a shame the Rolls retain its clapped out exterior
That rat Rod look is just a phase in USA and not suited to an old Rolls.

Sorry Kim, but I disagree.

I think that the Buick and the Rolls look more authentic in this case with their naturally aged patina or "derelict" look. Not every classic car needs to be restored to "fresh from the factory" condition.

I find it refreshing to see cars at car shows which aren't perfect and have aged gracefully over the years.

Now I just need to find a weather beaten but rust free W126 coupe body and slip a 700hp chassis underneath! :love10:

Cheers
