merry xmas to everyone too! Here in Germany, we had the "big event" already, as here xmas eve is the big dinner and the presents. My wife and I plus three daughters made up for six bottles last night ... one of the daughters doesn't drink

Merry xmas everyone - funny how different it is around the world when it is as if we are all chatting in the 'same room' here. Cold start here in Adelaide hills - preparing for a family xmas for 30 and i was running around outside with a coat and beanie on.... started to warm up but wind blowing lke hell and with 3 chickens lined up in the Webber BBQ kettle had to move it around the other side of the house so it could cook properly without constant cooling from the wind! Wind dropped just in time for guests arriving for lunch and able to keep the table cloths on for a celebration under the pergola outside - I think it got to about 30 C. Beautiful afternoon with a combination of backyard cricket, Bocce, soccer and mountain biking (we have a big yard!) alternating with kids and adults throughout the afternoon - but a nice traditional 'Australian' xmas!

Merry Christmas and a Healthy, Safe and Fulfilling New Year.
We had a quiet Christmas, having our disabled daughter home, we went to a friend's place for lunch and had a very small dinner (good thing too, seeing the amount we ate at lunch time).
Have just had some friends over for a visit,
Our son and his lady are in Melbourne and she has to work during the Christmas / New Year period, so we won't see them until mid Jan. We will be off to her folks place for diner tonight.

All 5 children and their spouses plus 9 grandchildren and 93 yo father in law gathered at eldest son's new home in Mansfield. Great day with mild temperatures. Made full use of the large block and had our picture taken by a drone camera! Not often we can all get together; enjoyed each other's company and had s great day!

Hey there, spent 4 years of high school in Mansfield... great little town... skiing for school sport was wonderful.
Small family here in Perth for Christmas but worked 4pm to 2am Christmas day and again Boxing day but off now for two days .... someone's outta do it.... cheers to all members and stay safe ...
