1988 Mercedes 190 2.5 Diesel Manual Gearbox

Post by Big Al » Sun 05 Nov, 2017 3:05 am

Hi there,
I have just discovered that I own the last remaining 1988 Mercedes 190 with a 2.5 diesel engine and a manual gearbox in the U.K. and wonder how many there are in Australia and New Zealand?

We don't have an active database such as you have in the U.K. to list the number of available models of historic cars still registered.

Not many diesel 190's made it to Australia and if any of those were manuals then these would number in the handful.

There were a lot of Australia specific only 180e manuals sold. But these were unique to Australia mainly because of tax issues.
