It's in Germany, not too far north of Hamburg. (See Roesenclassics.de)
They also have a W123 V8 560 TE that is pretty nicely put together.

Of course it's licensed in Germany, see the "D" on the blue ground. Same type of license plates you got in Australia (Euro-look-alike). I've heard of the 560TE, but not this one. Amazing!
