Rarity with Fangio connection.

A really stange looking rear end on this one. :) almost looks like a big Austin A30 :?
This is one of the few coupe prototype designed by Mercedes Benz and assembled in Argentina under the supervision of Juan M Fangio (five times F1 world champion).
It has a 4 cylinder diesel engine, 4 speeds manual transmission.
Body and paint in very good shape, interior in leather and in great condition.

Interesting car, first problem is that the basis of the car is a 170Da, these were only made up until 1951. (car is reported as a 1953) The wiper pivots are at the top of the screen, the gauges are in the middle of the dash and the front guards are most definatly the early version.

Look it's a bug with a big snout.
