As much as bumpers, :eek headlights and chromed wheels that are endemic to US of A are indicators, it is no guarantee of anything.
Freeze the video at 0:02 (1 indicator - close but no cigar as it could be a fault) and 0:14 (there are no less than 2 clear indicators) and another clear indicator at 0:17
