Euro Bumpers

I just purchased a 1989 USA 560SL. It has the huge US spec bumpers. Any suggestions on where to get Euro/Australian bumpers and can they be easily retro fitted to a US car? I have been told a company in Vietnam makes good stainless steel Euro/Australian bumpers.
