where has the option gone from the bottom of this section that lets you specify posts over the last week etc?

The forum went down a while back and an upgrade to software was needed to get it back up and running. Some options have moved or are no longer available.
Just below the OZBENZ header is a hyperlink [Quick Links] That will give you options:

Hi, I've been using the new posts function now which is good , but would it be possible for the website wunderkind to have the new posts assigned to each section, for example the w108 one. i am sure the new posts are really important to each poster but I don't have much interest outside of the w108.

Why not just look at the list and only open those for the W108/W109 section.

The posts are assigned to the section that the OP posts in.
