fuel flooding cylinders

Hi all i have a w114 280e i am having problems with fuel fooling the cylinders and petrol running out of the exhaust and the car runs like crap no power smells like petrol and lots of smoke. i have change the fuel regulator, damper, trigger points had the injectors recondition and had the ecu rebuilt.
i am wondering if anyone eles has had this problem. and what would you recommend me do next.

P/S i am getting a other ecu mid week so i will try that.

Rick, welcome to the forum. I haven't received the ECU yet, expect it to be delivered Tue or Wed.

BTW, I met a guy today who fixes these ECU's.
